Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a senior compliance specialist to help ensure all food safety programs meet customer and regulatory requirements. You will support audits, CAPA closure, and SPC compliance while coordinating supplier approvals and hazard analysis.

The role requires leadership experience, knowledge of FSMA, FCPS, and ISO/SQF guidance, and willingness to travel up to 25% to support cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• 4-year college program in food safety, microbiology, biology or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory leadership experience required; 3+ years in product compliance in food industry.
• Familiar with state and federal food processing regulations; ISO/ASQ/SQF/BRC certs preferred; HACCP/PCQI certs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in evaluating and developing plans to comply with customer requirements.
• Create metrics to monitor compliance to customer and agency requirements.
• Support audits and CAPA closure; lead SPC program compliance with specs.
• Coordinate supplier approval, ingredient hazard analysis, and change control activities.
• Back up Compliance Manager as needed; travel up to 25%.
