Job summary

Randstad USA in Norcross, GA is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee central QA databases, manage the QMS documentation, and ensure strict compliance across facilities, customer portals, and supplier networks.

You will drive CAPA tracking, support FDA registrations and audits, coordinate mock recalls and traceability testing, and collaborate with QA leadership and Marketing on technical studies and new product initiatives. relocation to Texas is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA, QMS management or document control in Food & Beverage manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of GFSI standards (SQF/BRC), Gluten-Free certifications, and FDA regulations.
• Proficient in database management, Excel reporting, data analysis and CAPA.
• Strong organizational and cross-departmental communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central QA databases and track QA KPIs with actionable reports.
• Oversee QMS document control, migrations, and policy rollouts.
• Lead FDA registrations, prepare for GFSI/audits, coordinate recalls and traceability testing.
• Drive CAPA tracking and verify raw material quality.
• Collaborate with QA leadership and Marketing on studies and product initiatives.
