Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a Quality System Technologist to own formula and procedure implementation and ensure labeling compliance across manufacturing. You will collaborate with WHQ and plant teams to launch new products and broaden your technical expertise in food quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

The role offers hands-on exposure to product realization, laboratory work, and potential growth into a broader manufacturing, commercialization, and engineering resource.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 3+ years related experience in the food industry.
• Experience with food safety systems and quality processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and labeling compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement product formulas, procedures, and thermal process requirements.
• Support cross-functional commercialization and product launches.
• Participate in continuous improvement within systems and plant operations.
• Investigate incidents and take corrective actions as needed; train workforce on quality programs.
• Conduct pre-shipment reviews for food safety/quality records and regulatory compliance.
