Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a QA Technician in Everett, WA to ensure food safety and quality through analytical testing and adherence to HACCP/FSMA programs. You will support QA on the floor, collect data, and help drive improvements in process controls and sanitation.

Ideal candidates have a related technical degree, HACCP understanding, and strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-year technical degree or 4-year college program in Food Science, Quality, or related field.
• HACCP/USDA-FDA knowledge is required; HACCP certification preferred.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze samples: pH, sodium, color, drain weight, water activity, brix, moisture.
• Verify HACCP/FSMA/Preventive Control programs compliance.
• Support sanitation audits and on-floor QA investigations.
• Collect data to drive product and process improvements.
• Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory adherence on the production floor.
• Perform daily sanitation verifications and environmental monitoring.
