Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Food Science or related field.
• Strong interest in QA/QC and food manufacturing.
• Willingness to work on-site in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, document, review, and transfer test results from external sources to internal documentation.
• Perform data collection, trend quality metrics, and communicate results.
• Draft, implement, and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Assist in developing, updating, and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions.
• Daily logging of incoming raw materials into a database.
• Sample preparation testing.
• Learn and apply standards and principles of auditing and related techniques.
• Ability to analyze audit data to identify trends and summarize in reports with recommendations to management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, work groups.
