Job summary

OSI Group internship offers hands-on experience on a food manufacturing line with project-based tasks. You will collect and document test data, develop SOPs, analyze trends and present results to corporate management. Expect participation in cross-functional teams and a final project presentation.

Qualifications

• Collect, document, review and transfer test results to internal docs.
• Perform data collection, trend quality metrics and communicate results.
• Draft, implement and maintain SOPs for operations.
• Assist in developing, updating and monitoring corrective actions.
• Daily logging of incoming raw materials into a database.
• Sample preparation testing and preparation methods.
• Learn and apply auditing standards and techniques.
• Analyze audit data to identify trends and report recommendations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support lab and production teams with data collection and entry.
• Prepare, review and present findings from projects to management.
• Contribute to process improvements and SOP updates.
