Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician for the Fresh & Ready Foods operation in Longview, TX. The role involves conducting quality assurance audits, space and shop inspections, and data management within a temperature-controlled environment.

You will operate Cleantelligent and other QA systems, generate reports, and support safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Must have relevant QA/food quality experience and be available to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in an Engineering or Business Field with 5 years in maintenance or; High School Diploma/GED with 10 years in maintenance and cross-trades exposure.
• Ability to read, understand, and transmit detailed instructions both written and oral.
• Strong computer proficiency (Excel & Word) and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance audits and space inspections as per the established matrix.
• Operate and maintain quality software systems and data reporting.
• Prepare reports on quality assurance and day-to-day operations.
• Support safety and performance improvement initiatives.
