Job summary

Lee Kum Kee USA is seeking a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspector to perform online, sanitation, and receiving inspections within our food production environment.

You will verify control parameters, record results, and ensure GMP/Hygiene standards are met, with a focus on timely, accurate inspections and reporting to the QA Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year in quality inspection; independence, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year quality inspection experience (food industry preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams; detail-oriented and quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Perform online inspections and verify production parameters.
• Record inspection results including weight, temperature, packaging.
• Conduct GMP/hygiene inspections and report violations.
• Carry out sanitation inspections daily and monthly; perform ATP tests.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging per QA/QC instructions.
• Update COA and receiving records; organize material manuals.
• Calibrate inspection equipment and assist QA Manager as needed.
• Observe nonconforming products and coordinate corrective actions.
