Job summary

Forgotten Harvest is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to assist with child nutrition programs and administrative duties across multiple sites in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties. You will monitor compliance, collect meal counts, and support home-delivery operations while coordinating with program staff and vendors.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong problem-solving and customer service experience, and the ability to travel to several locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service experience.
• Experience leading projects.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable transportation to multiple sites across Wayne, Oakland, Macomb counties.
• Excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all child nutrition programs and support Forgotten Harvest-wide initiatives.
• Monitor SFSP/CACFP sites for compliance.
• Collect and compile daily meal counts.
• Verify weekly invoices against counts.
• Support Forgotten Harvest Hub and Spoke home-delivery across counties.
