Summary of Responsibilities: This position will assist with all child nutrition programs, as well as provide general support across all Forgotten Harvest programs.Duties/Essential Functions:Uphold Mission, Vision and Values of Forgotten HarvestAttend Forgotten Harvest-hosted annual SFSP and CACFP site trainingsComplete MDE trainings for SFSP and CACFPConduct MDE/USDA-mandated monitoring of assigned sites to ensure complianceCollecting, recording, and compiling daily meal count sheets, as directedCompilation of weekly meals count forms and submit to Food Program Specialist (FPS)Act as point of contact for assigned SFSP/CACFP sites for assistance in the running of compliant programsAssist FPM and FPS with administrative duties which support SFSP/CACFP as neededVerification of weekly invoices from food vendor against weekly counts sheets from assigned sitesAssist with the management of Forgotten Harvest Hub and Spoke model of home delivery at sites throughout Wayne, Oakland and Macomb CountiesAssist FPM and FPS with home delivery programConduct Forgotten Harvest monitoring for Forgotten Harvest programsAssist with the management of Link 2 Feed submissions/reportingPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:High School diploma/GEDStrong problem-solving skillsMust have previous customer service experienceMust have previous experience leading projectsMust have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record as determined by FH insurance company, and valid personal auto insuranceMust have reliable transportation and be able to drive to multiple locations throughout Wayne, Oakland, Macomb countiesExcellent customer relations skillsAbility to work independently and as a team memberProven ability to effectively multi-taskStrong attention to detailStrong experience in MS Word and MS ExcelWorking Conditions/Physical Requirements:Ability to lift 30-40 poundsShifts varying Monday through Friday with potential for occasional weekend work (days and times will vary week to week)Must be able to work in all types of environments, including adverse weather conditions, tight parking lots, and heavy traffic
