Starting pay is $19.42 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Shifts are 8 hours, with overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed. You will work on high-speed equipment with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills to use digital tools.
• Experience operating production machinery preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems with machinery and partner with maintenance staff to resolve issues.
• Calibrate processing and packaging systems daily to meet required specifications.
• Participate in startup, changeover, and shut down of operating equipment.
• Perform quality and safety checks.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance.
• Assist in training new employees.
