Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years in a production environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with customer interaction preferred.
• Demonstrate hourly management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to production associates in safety, operation, sanitation, quality and service.
• Adhere to productivity metrics to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Meet customer expectations for accuracy, quality and timeliness; implement improvements.
• Train and enforce company policies; communicate expectations clearly to hourly personnel.
• Assist in setting budgets, goals and standards; participate in performance management.
• Monitor performance and implement timely action plans for issues or opportunities.
• Foster a positive work environment; support continuous improvement and company policies.
• Radar for Food Safety and Quality within their influence; report issues promptly.
