MSI Express is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality department, directing safety, service, performance, and leadership across the production facility. You will develop and maintain policies, perform HACCP and SQF activities, conduct audits, and ensure records meet customer and regulatory requirements; foster a respectful, continuous improvement culture.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of quality experience in food safety or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and SPC is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plant quality, food safety, sanitation and customer service.
• Maintain HACCP programs and conduct audits.
• Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure records and SQF system compliance.
• Foster a positive, respectful working environment.
