Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to plant production associates in safety, machine operation, sanitation, quality and maintenance.
• Adhere to site productivity metrics to optimize profitability.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for accuracy, quality and timeliness.
• Train and enforce company policies.
• Communicate company philosophy, policies and expectations to hourly personnel.
• Assist in establishing plant budgets, goals and standards.
• Develop production team members through performance management tools.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions.
• Create a positive working environment aligned with continuous improvement and company policies.
• Oversee Food Safety and Quality within influence and report issues to authorized personnel.
