Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Production Supervisor to assist the Production Manager in overseeing operations, quality, product safety, associate safety, and production metrics. Responsibilities include budgeting, staffing, raw material planning, and standardization of recipes and processes.

You will ensure compliance with FSIS and GMP, meet daily and weekly production targets, coordinate schedules, train associates, monitor equipment, and conduct safety meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure FSIS and GMP compliance.
• Meet production targets and analyze performance.
• Coordinate daily/weekly objectives and staffing.
• Monitor equipment and work with maintenance.
• Train associates on production equipment.
• Manage production orders and inventory.
• Ensure associate safety and conduct safety trainings.
• Plan weekly staffing and material needs.
• Maintain floor presence at least 50% time.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Report team performance to coordinators and leads.
