• Performance analysis and corrective actions
• Meet daily/weekly production objectives and drive productivity
• Equipment monitoring and coordination with maintenance
• Train associates on equipment; troubleshoot issues
• Manage production orders and scheduling; control inventory
• Safety program oversight; safety meetings and audits
• Staffing/planning for raw materials and capacity
• Maintain floor presence ≥50% of the time
• Complete admin tasks: performance reports, labor reconciliation, scheduling
• Communicate performance to coordinators; drive team action plans
• Perform other duties as assigned
