Job summary

Fresh Express is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage shift start-up, fulfill customer demands, and coordinate people and materials. This role supervises the production of all finished goods in line with Safety, Quality and Cost standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), have at least 3 years of production supervision in food processing, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Schedule: 5:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or food manufacturing
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to translate complex assignments into actionable steps
• Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience supervising direct reports through coaching

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret daily manufacturing schedule
• Ensure continual process improvement
• Complete the daily production schedule
• Support introduction of new products and processes
