Job summary

Fresh Express is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift start-up, fulfill customer demands, and coordinate people and materials in a food processing plant. You will supervise finished goods within Safety, Quality and Cost standards.

Responsibilities include interpreting the daily schedule, supporting new product launches, and enforcing attendance policies while driving成本 reduction and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a production environment.
• Ability to translate complex assignments into actionable tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and interpret daily manufacturing schedule.
• Supervise production of all finished goods to meet Safety, Quality and Cost standards.
• Support new product launches and allocate manufacturing resources.
• Review attendance and ensure compliance with policy.
• Drive continuous process improvement and labor yield goals.
