Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production to ensure performance and quality standards are achieved.
• Create daily work schedules to ensure lines are sufficiently manned.
• Lead a team to produce high-quality items at a pace that meets labor-set and yield-set standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep machines running and schedules on track.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate materials for the daily schedule.
• Maintain and improve production processes and ensure compliance with customer specs.
