Job summary

Red Gold is seeking a production supervisor to oversee the production of a quality finished product in an efficient manner, maximizing resources and teamwork. You will lead labeling efforts, ensure SOP adherence, and coach a crew of 21-25 operators while coordinating training and safety programs.

The role requires a 4-year degree in Management or Supervision and 2-4 years in a supervisory role within food manufacturing. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Management or Supervision.
• 2-4 years in management/supervisory role in Food Manufacturing environment.
• Independent thinking with the ability to make decisions quickly.
• Sense of urgency with proactive problem solving.
• Teamwork and HACCP training on the job.

Responsibilities

• Lead labeling effort and supervise 21-25 operators.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and communicate goals to the crew.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues with operators.
• Identify root causes and oversee corrective actions.
• Coordinate manpower and analyze data.
• Oversee employee training and safety.
