Job summary

Chan & Chan USA LLC is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor for our modern manufacturing facility. You will oversee daily production activities, lead a team of production staff, provide training and coaching, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, coordinating with maintenance, enforcing 5S and GMP, and maintaining records. The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead, train and coach production staff.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality standards and GMP compliance.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production staff, provide training and coaching.
• Monitor production processes and ensure targets and quality standards.
• Enforce strict quality controls and GMP procedures; report issues promptly.
• Ensure PPE usage and safety compliance; report incidents.
• Maintain production records and generate performance reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to optimize workflow.
