Batchline Solutions in Morgan Hill, CA is seeking a Production Scheduler to support the Planning Manager with material replenishment and production scheduling. This role involves verifying floor counts and coordinating resources, escalating issues as needed.

You will monitor daily production, release work orders, ensure progress to schedules, and address bottlenecks. Collaboration across departments is essential to maintain smooth material flow in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in food handling, procurement and vendor management, warehousing or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in refrigerated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily production activities, material flow and transactions to ensure schedules are met.
• Confirms and releases work orders.
• Keeps production on track by addressing bottlenecks and issues.
• Reviews reports from the automated production tracking system.
• Coordinates with department supervisors to determine status of projects.
• Visits production areas to assess status and report delays to management.
• Interfaces with other departments to ensure smooth material flow.
• Notes and corrects scheduling discrepancies and initiates corrective actions.
• Follows GMP/PPE and safety guidelines.
