Job summary

Just Temps is currently recruiting for an experienced Production Operative to join a well-established food manufacturer. Based in the local area, this role offers a long-term path in manufacturing. This is a temporary position for up to 12 weeks with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm, at £12.72 per hour. Benefits include holiday pay on each hour worked, a pension after a qualifying period, and access to employee rewards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production.
• Proficient in basic mathematics.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice.
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Check production stock for correct batches, quantities and allergen handling.
• Ensure mixed batches meet specs for cost/efficiency.
• Inspect products for foreign bodies and quality.
• Pre-mixing completed to agreed run rate.
