Amy's Kitchen in White City, Oregon is seeking a Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will handle production and packaging line tasks, maintain quality standards, and support safe food operations on the morning shift.

You will monitor line speed, assist with line changeovers, participate in daily huddles, and keep accurate production records. This entry‑level to mid‑skill role offers on‑the‑job training, competitive pay at $20 per hour, and opportunities to grow with a family‑owned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–2 years food manufacturing experience.
• Familiar with Amy's products and processes.
• Spanish language preferred; English on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead line startup and ingredient/packaging preparation.
• Monitor line speed and downtime; coordinate with maintenance.
• Lead daily team meetings when supervisor is unavailable.
• Maintain accurate production, CGA and downtime records.
• Ensure proper storage and disposal of WIP and finished goods.
• Complete batch sheet sign‑offs and quality checks.
