Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to pass and maintain a forklift certificate as required by OSHA.
• Ability to read and interpret safety manuals and operating instructions.
• Basic math and weighing tasks for production.
• Flexibility to adjust to scheduling changes to meet demand.

Responsibilities

• Daily food processing, metal detection, packaging, and pallet building to meet quality standards and customer needs.
• Suggest process changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Complete daily sanitation in production and surrounding areas.
• Maintain production environment to ensure safe, high-quality food output.
• Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practice policies to minimize cross-contamination.
