Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a production associate in Ohio to support all general production activities and set up equipment for production. You will monitor filling processes, assist with packaging, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while following HACCP/SSOP guidelines.

The role requires the ability to operate forklifts, tow motors, and other powered equipment, with flexibility for weekends and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred, food manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to operate toward safety and HACCP/SSOP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support all general production activities.
• Set equipment up for production.
• Perform necessary cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Monitor the filling process of finished products.
• Perform final packaging for distribution.
• Operate Bone Dumper machinery and crane system.
• Operate pallet jacks and tow motors as needed (certified).
• Assist with Pack-Off operations and labeling.
