Qualifications

• High school/GED diploma is required.
• One year of experience in production or food manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail for production processes.

• Basic math skills for data recording.

• Willingness to learn production processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality, temperature, weight, waste, and downtime.
• Verify lot codes and settings are accurate.
• Complete traceability paperwork and checklists.
• Report all quality and safety concerns to management.
• Be flexible and assist as needed to support production.
