Responsibilities

• Produces various food ingredients following good manufacturing practices and standardized formulas.
• Sets up and controls processes including blending, drying, bulk fermentation, extraction, and filtration.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety standards in the work area, utilizing personal protective equipment.
• Operates and troubleshoots process and utility equipment while adhering to cGMP, HAACP, and safety guidelines.
• Completes appropriate documentation of processes and maintains inventory levels.

Education

Forklift driver certification preferred
