Responsibilities

• Reviews daily schedule with supervisors/leads.
• Obtains batch sheets/formula sheets and process check sheets from Supervisor.
• Verifies materials match items listed on batch sheet.
• Inspects production equipment for cleanliness, allergen issues and foreign objects.
• Completes machinery setup/shutdown per batch sheet.
• Mixes/cooks batches or wraps product to specifications.
• Monitors equipment to ensure parameters are met.
• Performs quality inspections and checks.
• Maintains a clean, safe working environment.
