Job summary

TH Foods, Inc. in Henderson, NV is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift. You will set up, operate, and tend to mixing, cooking, seasoning, conveying and wrapping operations to meet batch sheets and formulas, while ensuring food safety standards.

Responsibilities include verifying materials against batch sheets, inspecting equipment, performing setup/shutdown, recording data, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This role requires adherence to GMP and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Priormanufacturing experience setting up and adjusting production processing orpackaging machinery is preferred.
• Ability to read, verify and confirm all batch sheets, orders andinstructions in a timely manner.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
• Abilityto follow formulas and mix a quality product.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates and tends to machines that mix, cook, season, convey and wrap product.
• Reviews daily schedule with supervisors/leads.
• Obtains batch sheets/formula sheets and process check sheets from Supervisor.
• Verifies that all obtained materials/ingredients match items listed on batch sheet.
• Performs routine machinery setup/shutdown per batch sheet.
• Mixes/cooks batches or wraps product to specifications as per formula in batch sheet.
• Monitors equipment to ensure operation within process parameters.
• Maintains quality inspections and checks.
• Communicates and works cooperatively with co-workers.
