Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a full-time production associate for the 2nd shift (2:30pm - 12:00am) in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with a $1.50 shift differential.

We offer weekly Friday pay, up to two weeks of PTO in the first year, multiple holiday and personal days, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with company match and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts as production demands.

Responsibilities

• Set up, pre-run, and perform quality checks on equipment to ensure proper production startup.
• Operate and control line speeds, batch formulas, and production rates; start and stop equipment as needed.
• Perform light maintenance and preventative maintenance on equipment; assist maintenance team with repairs and service tasks.
• Complete all required documentation, including downtime logs and HACCP forms, using SAP and in accordance with SOPs and safety training.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production lines and equipment as needed for sanitation and maintenance.
