Whitsons Culinary Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Berkeley Culinary Center. The role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining advanced food production equipment, ensuring food safety and quality, and documenting maintenance logs.

You'll work with PLCs, sensors, and control systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and support continuous process improvements in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Must complete Whitsons and government required training as necessary.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced food production equipment and machinery.
• Work with PLCs, servo motors, sensors, pneumatic actuators, and other control systems.
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on conveyance systems, packaging lines, and culinary equipment.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and equipment logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous process improvement.
