• Lead line associates and temporary staff to ensure correct setup and timing.
• Check safety devices and enforce safety rules with the team.
• Operate the machine and monitor settings to match product runs.
• Conduct basic inspections for quality and record outcomes.
• Relieve teammates for breaks and manage line utilization.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
