Sugar Foods Corporation in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a Sanitor responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing the processing and packaging areas and all equipment daily. You will follow the master sanitation schedule, wearing safety gear and adhering to GMP, LOTO, and company core values.

You must lift up to 50 lbs, move equipment, and work safely in a fast-paced production environment to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Must be able to attend work on a regular basis; show up on time and work overtime when requested.
• Must be safety conscious and possess the understanding of safety rules and be aware of safe and unsafe conditions.
• Must work and handle sanitizing chemicals.
• Must be able to read and comprehend instruction sheets provided with cleaning chemicals.

Responsabilités

• Completely cleans and sanitizes the entire processing and packaging area and all production machinery used in a work day.
• Cleans entire processing area, including slicers, dicers, ovens, K-trons, tables, conveyors and chains.
• Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes all equipment including tumblers, vibrator feeders.
• Empties and cleans all trash receptacles in production area.
• Follows master sanitation schedule as instructed by supervisors.
