Job summary

Staffmark in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Machine Operator to operate food production and packaging equipment, monitor quality, and maintain production records in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM schedule with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. Candidates should be able to follow written instructions, perform repetitive tasks, and have basic computer skills. Prior food/beverage manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous food production and packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to record information accurately.
• Follow written instructions and food-safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous food/beverage manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate food production and packaging equipment to produce and package products.
• Set up, monitor, and operate semi-automatic machines with consistent production.
• Perform bulk product packaging, including bag-in-box packaging.
• Monitor product weights, packaging, labels, seals, and overall product quality.
• Complete production paperwork including traceability, weights, and quality-control information.
