Job summary

Ruprecht-Company seeks a General Labor Team Member to support daily production in a cold, fast-paced setting. You will perform essential tasks to help the line run smoothly, maintain cleanliness, and prep items for packing.

Responsibilities include adhering to GMPs, HACCP, OSHA and USDA standards, keeping the work area sanitary, and contributing to a team-focused, safety-conscious culture. Reliability and stamina are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, oral and written, for effective teamwork.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Meet production requirements to support uninterrupted operation of other departments.
• Clean and sanitize tables and hand tools between production runs.
• Identify products to be prepared and packed.
• Observe and maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
