Job summary

Schwan's Company is hiring for a full-time production associate in Texas. The role involves packing and producing products in a food manufacturing environment, with a daytime shift from 6 am to 4 pm and a starting pay of $16.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (preferred).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to rotate shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste as directed; discard or fix non-conforming items.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient problems, or equipment breakdowns.
• Comply with USDA, OSHA, state/federal regulations and GMP/safety policies.
