Job summary

Fresh Mark is hiring Production Team Members at our Canton, Ohio facility to join a growing food manufacturing company that values safety, teamwork, reliability, and opportunities for advancement. Starting pay is $14.50 to $16.00 per hour, with a $1.50 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and

Qualifications

• Ability to work in refrigerated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and move products weighing 25-35 pounds and up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled overtime and weekends.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.

• Follow all food safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Follow all safety requirements and use PPE as required.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.

Pay

• Starting pay from $14.50 to $16.00 per hour
• Additional $1.50 per hour shift differentialfor 2nd and 3rd shift positions
• Opportunities to bid on higher-paying positions after 6 months
• Pay rate is based on position, experience, and shift assignment

Job Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements and use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a refrigerated manufacturing environment

• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
