This is stable, full-time employment with paid training and competitive benefits. Starting pay ranges from $14.50 to $16.00 per hour, with a $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a refrigerated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, and move products weighing 25-35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled overtime and weekends as needed.
• Commitment to workplace safety and food safety standards.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Pay

• Starting pay from $14.50 to $16.00 per hour
• Additional $1.50 per hour shift differentialfor 2nd and 3rd shift positions
• Opportunities to bid on higher-paying positions after 6 months
• Pay rate is based on position, experience, and shift assignment
