Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking a production operator to join our multi-line manufacturing team in Michigan. You will run filling, sealing, end-of-line, cartoning and packaging equipment, ensuring safety and quality standards on every batch.

The role requires familiarity with GMP/HACCP, ability to troubleshoot equipment, complete required paperwork, and support colleagues across shifts. Training new staff and maintaining clean, compliant operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Follow GMP, HACCP and packaging standards at all times.
• Trained in HACCP principles and CCPs for the line.
• Be flexible with schedule and available as needed.
• Train new or current employees on equipment under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow all elements of Food Safety to ensure GMP, HACCP and proper packaging standards are met.
• Acknowledge, understand, and follow GMP principles at all times.
• Properly use checkweigher and metal detectors & X-Ray Machines.
• Ensure the machine is clean and inspect all equipment before and after product run.
• Communicate clearly with Production leadership and other departments.
• Train new/current employees on equipment with supervision.
