Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking a production team member to operate multiple lines and ensure GMP, HACCP, and proper packaging standards are followed. You will train new and current employees, inspect equipment before and after runs, and communicate with leadership across departments.

Flexibility in scheduling is required to support production needs. The role involves proficiency with various line equipment and adherence to SOPs/SSOPs, contributing to quality and efficiency on all shifts.

Qualifications

• Trained in HACCP and follow GMP principles at all times.
• Knowledge of checkweigher, metal detectors and X-Ray equipment.
• Able to train others on equipment under supervision.
• Follow SOPs and SSOPs and maintain clean, compliant lines.

Responsibilities

• Follow all elements of Food Safety to ensure GMP, HACCP and proper packaging standards are met.
• Train new/current employees on equipment with Foreman oversight.
• Ensure the machine is clean and inspect all equipment before and after product run.
• Communicate with Production leadership and other departments.
• Be flexible with schedule and available as needed.
• Operate multiple line jobs including Filler, Sealer, End of Line, Stacker and more.
