Responsibilities

• Select fruits, vegetables and produce suitable for the production process.
• Wash fruits, vegetables and produce.
• Machine peel of carrots and potatoes; manual peel of fruits, vegetables and produce.
• Chop/trim produce as required for processing.
• Scrub, sanitize and maintain cleaning of production areas and utensils.
• Weigh and package fruits, vegetables and produce for shipment.
• Prepare auxiliary materials and tools needed for product processing.
• Account for proper waste disposal and area housekeeping.
• Monitor equipment and assist with basic cooking/processing steps as directed.
