Job summary

Lamb Weston seeks a Mechanic I-III in Twin Falls, ID to monitor and maintain processing equipment, ensuring continuous line flow to meet customer demand. You will perform routine preventative maintenance and unplanned repairs while supporting operations.

Compensation starts at $29.06 per hour, with levels I–III based on experience. Role involves lifting, climbing, and working in a noisy environment typical of a food processing plant.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing setting, especially food processing.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and adjustments on processing equipment; replace belts, pulleys, sprockets, bearings, chains, motors.
• Conduct line checks and preventative maintenance, including lubrication and inspection to prevent failures.
• Explain equipment operation and troubleshoot as needed in production areas.
