Qualifications

Minimum of 3–4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical handbooks.
Detail-oriented with the ability to solve problems creatively when manuals don’t have the answer.
Ability to work well with others and fix issues promptly.

Responsibilities

Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
Perform planned preventive maintenance and scheduled service on equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Repair and maintain machinery such as motors, tools, and conveyors.
Interpret equipment manuals for daily, weekly, monthly maintenance tasks.
Maintain auxiliary equipment like chillers, heaters, dryers, grinders, and conveyors.
