Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: forklift and pallet jack licensing.
• English literacy and basic math skills are required.
• Ability to read procedures and safety documents, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Verify ingredients and mix products; collect samples for testing.
• Maintain batch records and document procedures; monitor solids, color, and pH.
• Operate pasteurizers and related pumps; perform start-up/shut-down checks.
• Maintain sanitation, cleanliness, and safety across production areas.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate with team.
• Work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Follow SOPs and uphold food safety and quality standards.
