Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. is seeking a Hardcooked Laborer to perform production and labor duties in the hard‑cooked department. You will inspect packaging, ensure correct labeling and counts, and support safety and quality procedures to uphold product consistency.

Responsibilities include operating production lines, assisting with start-ups, stacking pallets, and maintaining a clean, sanitary work area. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime is required.

Qualifications

• No high school diploma required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient use of production-line touch screens and controls.
• Basic reading of labels, dates and item numbers.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished product packaging for shell fragments, grades and accurate egg counts.
• Apply correct labels to tubs and understand date codes.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow GMPs, SOPs and safety policies.
• Assist in machine start-ups, palletize finished goods and stage eggs for processing.
• Follow safety and quality procedures and report issues promptly.
