You'll rely on your focus, stamina, and attention to safety while working in a refrigerated environment. In return, you'll enjoy steady, full-time work, reliable pay, and room to grow.

Compensation

• Hourly pay from $14.50 to $19.00, based on the position (final rate discussed during interview)
• $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
• Path to bid into higher-paying roles after 6 months

Typical Schedules

Workdays: Monday-Saturday

1st Shift: 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m.-Midnight

What It Takes

• Commitment to all safety and security procedures
• Comfort working in a cold manufacturing setting
• Able to stand for long stretches, bend, and twist as needed
• Lift and move 25-35 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Flexibility to work overtime and some weekends
