Qualifications

• Identify and advance cost savings and process improvement opportunities.
• Drive out defects in the process and enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
• Provide technical leadership within cross functional teams to deliver initiatives.
• Evaluate ingredients and optimize formulas for quality, performance, profitability.
• Owns equipment area and ensure equipment availability.
• Develop and improve process documentation.
• Support operations on evaluation of new production opportunities and troubleshooting.
