is seeking a quality-focused professional to monitor production for compliance with specifications and food safety practices. You will assist with HACCP documentation, GMP inspections, and SOP adherence, ensuring products meet quality standards from mixing through packaging. In this on-site role, you will train operators, verify scales and metal detectors, and help maintain SPC and labelling accuracy.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma, or equivalent and previous experience in Quality or Food Safety in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with HACCP, GMP and SOP documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure documentation is complete and compliant with formulas and labelling.
• Oversee HACCP, GMP, and food safety practices and support QA Manager.
• Provide training on SOPs and assist in maintaining food safety programs.
• Assist in development of SOPs and maintain product quality records.
