Responsibilities

• Develop technical mastery of core production processes to deliver results.
• Identify process improvements with department managers and technicians.
• Partner with technicians on corrective actions and sustain results.
• Model safety and quality expectations for plant operations and measure impact.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing concepts to support the HPO culture.
• Use root-cause analysis tools (why-why, fishbone, etc.) to address issues.
• Support startups for new product initiatives and capital projects.
• Lead material and packaging improvements and cost savings efforts.
• Collect and analyze data to design and execute improvements.
• Improve performance and drive loss optimization.
• Apply engineering expertise to our process and packaging systems.
• Analyze operations to improve throughput and yield, building plant capability.
• Grow skills through cross-functional collaboration and floor exposure.
